Newbie question

I am considering selling my house, buying an RV, and heading off to another part of the country to do some traveling. How does one deal with keeping a mailing address for taxes/insurance/license and tags etcetera?
I realize that this is a very basic issue and I may have missed a FAQ section somewhere. If so just point me there.
