This is just an evaporative cooler. NOT a heat pump (Freon) type air conditioner.
To run even a small air conditioner you are going to need 1800+ watts of panels charging a 24 volt battery.
So 8x 235w panels $1300
Controller $600
4 x L16 6v batteries $1400
Inverter $1200 +-
Mounts, wire and provisions $1000
Total... call it $6,000 self install.
This would be marginal with limited run time.
