Proof of Home Address Issue
There are some situations when proof of a permanent address requires a copy of a utility bill with our name on it (i.e. opening an IRA account). How does one get around this issue.

I use TX for my home address (Escapees) but I use OR (a random campground) as my cell phone billing address. That saved me about 25% in taxes compared to FL where I had been at the time. Look at your cell phone bill and see what the taxes are. Compare that to OR and you will change your service address as well!
