True - the USPS will not forward mail that was sent to a business address. Had that happen when we worked at a county park and tried to have mail forwarded to our next location. We now have established residency in another state and use a mail forwarding service. We changed the address on all of our things to the forwarding service address that was assigned to us. We don't have much mail as most things are done online.
