Why buy? Most RV parks have man empty spots. Rent for 6 months about $2000 to $3000 that is about the monthly maintenance charge for the year if you buy. Try either Fiesta Grande or Palm Creek. KEEP the 12-25K in your pocket.
Your chances of renting IMO are poor as there is a lot of empty lots in the CASA Grande area. Why should people rent yours. Because the Canadian dollar has tanked a lot of Canadian snowbirders have stayed home. The park I am in is down about 100 monthly rental spaces this winter IMO.
