If you are over 50 and have any kind of health problems, you will be denied coverage. Happened to me and was able to get on Obamacare PCIP before they closed it to new members.
The official site for Obamacare is www.healthcare.gov and has link to all states and their policies. Only a few states are up so far. I have big questions regarding elegibility for full-timers. Its not clear yet what happens to those without income who are not poor. Washington state says no "asset limits" for expanded Medicaid. There is no mention if no income folk can buy into Obamacare insurance plans outright. So far it seems to be reserved for working folk.
