We have been full-time for 7 years. Nothing has ever been stolen. We leave our chairs out, moped, motorcycles, grill etc every time we leave our campsite and have never been worried anything would be taken. When we are in a campground sometimes we even (gasp) leave our door unlocked. We also would like our pet rescued if something happens. And, after working in insurance for 39 years, I'd rather be missing something than have everything destroyed by someone trying to get in. It always amazes me when we see people lock their door while they walk their trash 200 ft to the dumpster or when they walk from their rv to their truck to get something out of their truck, or walk their dog when their rig and vehicle etc are in full sight while they walk all the way around the small campground. It's just stuff!
