We use Verizon MiFi. The key for us was getting an upgraded WiFi printer. We got a new (pretty compact) printer from Walmart for under $70.00 that is wireless WiFi. We can print from laptops, I-phones, or I-pads. Any documents we want to save we can scan into our I-phones or I-pad. I use TinyScan app on my phone, which was a free app when I downloaded it.
Being full time and paperless with everything we don't have much we need to save anyway.
