registering

I live in ky right now and the insurance rates are out of this world.I would like to set my home base up in tn so when it comes time to renew my license I wont have to travel so far to do so.I currently have it registered in nc and will keep it their if I have to but would like to relocate to tn.Because every year I have to take it their to do a safty inspection.Other than that I have no problem leaving it their because my driver license are still in ky.Dont ask me how I done it but they let me get by with it.I told them I had two residents one in ky which I live and one in nc where the rv will be staying.I told the insurance company the same and they took down the nc address.
