No, not all states will allow you to use UPS mailbox as a legal physical address for DL, registering vehicles and voting. TN has a history of descriminating against Fulltimers. There are good reasons why FL , SD, and Tx are favored by Fulltimers. Suggest you go to the Fulltimers section in this forum and also look at he Escapees forum, loads of better info on. Fulltiming that you will find in the Class A section.
