Also, when you hear people talk about weeks to get something fixed, ask if they are fulltimers staying with the rig or those who live in the area and just drop the rig off. We've been at facilities with our rig and watched as those standing/sitting in the waiting room get their rigs worked on and those that are dropped off are shuttled aside until there is a 'lull' in the workday.
