repairs while full time
What does everyone do when repairs are needed on your full time rig? I have heard horror stories of months to get the rig repaired. Is that normal?

I can't either, but just came from another forum where warranty
repairs took 3-4 weeks! Got me wondering just how long repairs should normally take, and how common long repair times are.
