repairs while full time
What does everyone do when repairs are needed on your full time rig? I have heard horror stories of months to get the rig repaired. Is that normal?

Well, depending on what breaks and how remote the dealership is, I can see it taking a week or two to get parts shipped. Then, if the shop's busy (or closed because of Holidays), it may well be another week or two before they get you in for service. So, really a 3-4 week wait for something unusual may not be outrageous.
