You can buy LED tubes to replace the existing tubes. This requires a bit of rewiring. Much less expensive than replacing the whole fixture.
My coach has seven fixtures that I recently modified for LEDs. Rather than replacing just the tubes I gutted the fixture and put in LED modules. It cost me about five dollars for each fixture.
