Thank you sir. It is 6" wider than the original so I have more light across the counter area in addition to dimming and since the individual LED's dim the fixture has even illumination across the entire lens regardless of light level. And install was 2 electrical wires and 4 wood screws. Total install time was less than 5 minutes and that included getting and putting up the tools required - 1 #2 phillips screwdriver. Two wire nuts were included with the fixture.
