Were it me ....I'd contact of interest RV parks and ask them if they have or allow an add-on for your specific provider. Then I'd check w/ the provider to find out how strong the local signal is. Many companies list where towers are located on their websites.
Actually, I'd probably do my RV park research the other way around. Meaning first I'd contact my provider, find strong signal/high bandwidth use areas and concentrate my RV locale around that.
