We are members of the Escapees RV Club, and we spend part of the winter at the club owned Sumter Oaks RV Park near Bushnell, FL at $340/mo plus electric. The club also owns parks in NM, AZ, and other locations with similar rates. There are also eleven member owned co-op parks locate in AZ(3), CA(2), and one each in FL, NM, NV, OR, TX, and WA. Co-op parks each set their own rates and rules, but the pricing is typically similar to the club owned parks. Club membership is a requirement, but at just $40/yr is well worth it for the variety of member benefits.
