There was a place just east of the that was farther from the city, nicer facilities that was $550 + utilities. We have friends that stayed in Key Largo and paid $4,200 a month for the winter so they could be right on the Gulf.
I meant to ask about this when I saw it Friday - is $4,200 a month a misprint? Is that normal for winter rates in the Keys or is there something special about that park? That sounds insane, but if that's normal it's a free market. I like the Keys, but not that much.
