Then I'll make a couple of suggestions,
1. search homeschooling in the search bar above. there are many discussions on the subject and some of the families there I'm sure would not mind a private message to inquire what they have found.
2. Look hard at different states and research their rules for homeschooling, As ex military I know folks I was stationed with talked about widely varying rules, so pick your new domicile carefully.
3 Other things to consider taxes, mail delivery, insurance health and otherwise, again use the above search bar, you will find a wealth of information and experience
