She is researching.... that's why she's asking. She stated that the children still need yearly apts. Full-timers need a different way to have the correct insurance in order to see doctors. It can be done. That's why she's asking.
Lwiddis, you have no clue about full-timing or home schooling so perhaps it's time for you to exit this discussion. For all your supposedly education you are sure having a hard time grasping any of this. :)
