Do your thing in FLA. RENT on a month to month bases and figure it out. Then if you decide to stay renegotiate your lease and try to lower your payment. This way with the month to month you can just leave at any time. I wouldn't tie anything up in a move like your thinking of making since you appear to have some doubt.
