You are correct that we are leaning towards the 5th wheel but we aren't 100% sure. I listen to Dave Ramsey all the time but have never tried to call. You're right that he probably wouldn't like the idea of being mobile. Financially we would be ok and would have some in the bank for a backup in case it didn't work out as planned. I am doing more research in to park models as well. Thanks for the advice!
