Locking yourself into a park model isn't much different than locking yourself into a house. Get the fiver and do a little traveling. Lots of places in FL to stay. You may decide that you want a little spot in FL and a little spot in TN. You may decide that you would rather just own a place in TN and travel to FL drfiting around in the winter then back to TN for the warmer months (and autumn). Or own a place in FL and spend the winters there then drift around farther north in the summers. Who knows what would appeal to you. You obviously don't know, so why would anyone else know? I'm in my 80's and still drifting around. My only home has wheels on it and that is the way I like it.
