We have never had good luck baking in an RV gas oven. My MH came without an oven. It had a microwave conv oven. It was almost a deal breaker. Dealer explained easy job to add an oven later by removing drawer under the gas range. After using the convection oven I would never go back to an RV with a gas range oven. DW likes the convection oven.
