Do any of the full timers here keep good, accurate spreadsheet records of their usage of all expendables (ie Propane) and other costs? I'd be particularly interested in AVERAGE Propane usage over a...

In 2012 we used 97.2 gallon for $286.46. Stayed primarily in the lower 48 with a lot of time in the south where it was warm.
In 2013 we used 210.72 gallon for $652.82. Went to Alaska and wintered in the Texas panhandle.
In 2014 we used 142.4 gallon for $442.36. Short trip to Canada, traveled around the mid to north states, and wintered in the Texas panhandle.
We also use 3 electric heaters. We spend a lot of time in campgrounds that only have 30 amp power so run the hot water heater on propane a lot.
Propane is our smallest expense.
