I also started using St Brendan's when I started full-timing.

Where are you domiciled ? I believe that will drive the answers to your other questions.

The St Brendan's folks helped me with obtaining the proper forms to establish Florida as my domicile state. My point is that there is a specific form that states your intent to be domiciled in Florida.
