It looks to me that you want to try without a huge financial commitment. I would say that it looks clean and if there is no water damage, it fits your bill. Open every cabinet and look around carefully. Pull out a flashlight and push on things. Be very meticulous to go through the rig methodically, if you haven't already. Check the tires in particular.
Assuming its within your weight limit, I would say you are young and in love and even if you had an apartment, it probably wouldn't be perfect either. So go for it and have fun! If it is past the weight limit, you need to look for a travel trailer.
