Washington State 210 day law, does it exist?
On another forum, I read that Washington State has a law that one can only live in an RV for 210 consecutive days. Is this true? If so, can someone please quote the applicable Washington State Code?...

The rule in WA is that you cannot stay in an rv park for more than 180 days in a licensed vehicle in the same spot. This excludes park models, mobile homes, etc. In fact, some rv parks have it on your rental agreement that the maximum stay is 180 days.
It comes from the vehicle licensing department but from what I have been able to find out and from experience, the law isn't enforced.
