Water Flow Is Now Back to Normal

Both water filter cartridges are going to be changed this morning. The charcoal filter has been in service since February, but the 1 micron particulate filters don't last long in this park. The one in service right now is only 2 weeks old and is dark brown. This park has county water and it tastes fine, it just has a lot of particulate matter in it. I use a 1 micron charcoal filter also.

After the change - Yep, charcoal filter was the culprit, but I replaced the particulate filter also. Water flow is now restored.

  • I prefer to change filters more often than have less filtering.
  • Change to 5 or 10 micron filters. You wont know the difference and the filters will lqst much longer.

Glad you got your water flow problem fixed.. Ours does the same thing in quick order it seems - something else you have to check on...

We decided a long time ago to not drink any from the city water connections. We wash dishes and take showers but provide our own bottled water.

We are fresh ground bean coffee lovers which requires the same water used to get the taste we love so we always bring along bottled water for that.

This is just us and the city water connection surely is inspected by the county folks and is safe to drink where you go.
