I can live fine selling most of my "stuff" but no safety net would frighten the bejeeze out of me at this stage of my life.

Still, sounds like you two are still in your 20's/30's so if something unanticipated happens you'll have an easier time picking up the pieces. Not being judgmental of youse. Just laughing at the younger version o' me through the passage of time. It was fun for sure but well there ya go.
