Having made my career working for SCE in Power Plants I did a stint at couple of 'prototype' plants ---coal gasification and solor using molten salt.

The 'energy field' is a lucrative field with advancements for those willing to go for it.

But it can take a toll due to working hours, job requirements and changing locations.
But I was able to retire at 50 and for 14 yrs I have been enjoying that time.

Hope Cat's plans work out and you folks get to enjoy this new lifestyle
