We would probably be interested in Florida and/or the southwest US for winter and states such as Wyoming, Montana for summer. I see quite a bit of info on the internet but pining down long term rates seem difficult. I think we would need to look at rates in the $300-$500/Mo. range rather than $1000 range. Does anyone have a good, clear source of information on this matter? Much appreciated. We currently have a house in west central Illinois.

We stayed there three winters. They have limited amenities, but great people and a clean park. $299.70 plus electric.
