A lot depends on what you like to do for entertainment. If just laying around and reading books, dancing etc then any of the 3 listed States will suit you. If you love the canyons, hiking etc then Arizona is tops. If you love the Mexican culture and ease of going across the boarder, flea markets and such then RGV of Texas is tops. We have spent the winters at all three locations over time and really prefer Arizona. Being located in Alabama, Florida would be the closest and easiest to winter at but is our least preferred winter location. Try all three and find which best suits your desires...Good Luck
