125 mile rule

How is the 125 mile rule calculated? Is it from the physical address of the Home Park to the Destination Park, or is it calculated from the center of the city. Also, is it calculated from a map (road...

Within 125 miles of home resort, road miles. Only applies to Coast Classic resorts. I'm not sure that restriction is even enforced.
