My turn to rant. I let my GS road side assistance expire in October. I received an offer from GS to renew for $79.95. I admit it was a limited time offer and I didn't respond right away. The offer supposedly (how do I know) expired on 2/28 and I called today 3/7, so 15 days has lapsed. Now they want $99.95. I have had GS since 2006 so I would think they could cut a little slack and honor the deal anyway. I know I should have been diligent and acted sooner so its my fault. I paid the $99.95 but not cheerfully :(-------------isn't longevity worth something?

What part of limited time offer or expires did you not comprehend?Do you only want them to be true to their word when it benefits you.Consider it your lessoned learned and pay the $20.00. Otherwise a sale is not really not a sale and they misled everyone else!

You have to be able to barter with them. We got a letter wanting us to renew now. Our does not expire until Sept. So my wife the barter, got 3 years for around $224 for 3 years. AND....they upgraded to Platinum. Off the shelf, this would have cost over $400. It would not surprise me, if someone posts a better deal. Seems like we all are different.

Check with your insurance agent, you might already have an RSA included in your policy.
