Is there no written list? I mean, c'mon- it's twenty-two points! Surely someone has written it down, else how would the guy doing the work know what to look for?

Yes, K-n-o-w-l-e-s is correct. That's why I wrote it that way. Because it's correct. If I spelled it any other way my Mother-in-Law would get REALLY annoyed.
