The merchandise certificates are sent out as a way to bring people into our Camping World locations. The merchandise certificates are taken at the time of purchase at the locations. We understand that not everyone has a Camping World close to them and offer them a way to use their certificate with an online purchase.

Does the use of the certificate require store pickup of an online order, or can the entire transaction be online and remote?

So why the hoops and hurdles? What a PITA. At most other online merchants you simply enter a coupon code at checkout and wala......the discount is taken from the amount.

Make the purchase, debit your CC account, then snail mail in the coupon and wait for reimbursement and hope it doesnt get lost along the way. Is it 1972 all over again all of a sudden lol. How quaint.

Once you place your order online, send a copy of the receipt and your merchandise certificate to the address below and the merchandise certificate amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.
