29 Install Anything

Does anyone know more about this sale? The ad is self explanatory. So if it has a installation price it will be 29? What about hitches?

Thanks, for the info and welcome. I just purchased a TT and it is still at the dealer and I was looking at options to install and I found this sale. I was curious if anyone had seen it. Apparently not, or maybe it just came out the day I looked?
