Does anyone know more about this sale? The ad is self explanatory. So if it has a installation price it will be 29? What about hitches?

You are probably right. With the $29 install, they will probably try to fit you in. The $79 will take presidence and guaranteed in 2 days.
Still a good deal depending on what you are having installed.
