4 complete GS Roadside Assistance Packets Received

Not really a complaint. Just upgraded a few weeks ago from standard to Platinum and went with the three year plan. We'll today I received four complete packets with cards in the mail today.
Also a separate letter with three key tags for returning lost keys.

  • Maybe when they transmitted the member information to the printer, that they thought it didn't go through and it got submitted several extra times.
  • Sounds like a cut down on paper and maybe we could save some money on the service.
