"4 free issues of Trailer Life" is not true
I'm surely not the first one to post this. I've been a member since May 2013 and have to do battle with Good Sam and Trailer Life every year to get my "4 free issues" of Trailer Life. First ye...

"Now this year, both TL and GSC tell me that you do not get 4 free issues of the magazine if you are a subscriber. Both say you only get them if you are NOT a subscriber. (What?????????)"
Unfortunately, this is the "bate and hook" to get you to subscribe. It's the same thing that DISH TV, DIRECT TV, and a bunch of other "services" type companies advertise also. Those offers are for the "NEW" subscriber only. If you are a current subscriber ... these offers don't apply to you. Believe me ... I've battled DIRECT TV and DISH TV for a few years on this, and it's always the same come-back .... "It for NEW subscribers only."
So this is not anything unique or different. Count yourself fortunate that TL gave you the extra 4 issues when they did. Your's was the exception. Whoever made that deal with you probably went ahead and adjusted the system to send you 4 more issues, just to get you off the phone.
