Yeah. I've seen several reports where someone had GS and CN and nether were able to find a tow truck. From what I've ready, it could have been the dispatcher. Or it could have been the payment offer, and subsequent pot sweeteners, were not agreeable to the locals. Or it could have just been no one felt like getting out of bed to help that day.
