It would appear from the many complaints we see like this one that the phone reps have little to no discretion in how to handle calls. That points to poor supervision/management or a performance reward system based on what is not paid in claims. Both would be a business model doomed to failure. Since that information is not likely to be shared this RA plan could never be one I choose or recommend in its present form.
