Spoke with a Good Sam corp office rep today. He asked what the problem was after saying he knew a rep had our info...?
We got a partial reimbursement. This is not acceptable ! We have a no deductible policy .
The tire installer said there should not be a problem as the tire had plenty of tread and was definitely met road hazard requirements. The tires on my TV have about 8000 miles on them, a complete matched set of 19.5 Samsons. The 5er had a set of 6 Carlisle ST 235/85/16 all with OVER 3/32 tread. I have pictures of the blown tire and of the existing carlisles also.Now has 5 Carlisle and one Hercules to match.
What lame excuse should I expect for 50 % reimbursement ?
This is not looking good for Good Sam tire replacement insurance policy testimonal.
Good Sam rep was sent another personal text with query.
