From your previous posts you across as a constant complainer. You have stated your complaints with many different insurance companies and Road Hazard policies when will you be satisfied?
If someone does not fully agree with you, you attack them. 50% reimbursement sounds pretty good to me with only 3/32 of tread left.
This my humble opinion and I am sticking with it.
