2112, you too like the others that seem to have a bone to pick with me, have not wslked in my shoes in this matter. You don't have the contract , I do. I don't have your contract or experienced your experience. The service provider was less than 30 mins away. I waited 5 hrs for GS/Safeguard to find him? NOT GOOD SERVICE? The tire guy showed up with a different tire than the service writer said I was getting, rated 1000# lighter. The service call was 195 $ without the tire. The tire was well OVER 3/32 limit for replacement. My policy is for all tires on my TV & TT specifically for road hazard replacement. Maybe you guys just sit still and allow yourselves to get screwed but I will not.
Poor service is poor service. Improper tire replacement is slipshod handling of the claim and illegal. If I would not have checked the tire the provider would pilfer the ins for 200 $ gain. that's theft. What rocks do you people crawl out from under ?
consumers have rights, and I will excercise those rights. We have consumer protection agencies for the purpose of getting due claims processing under the law.
