71 days and waiting for repair

I have been a long time Good Sam member. I have bought through Camping world for years I have good Sam insurance and extended coverage on my motor home. After a very minor mishap I reported it in November 16/17 and have had to jump through hoops over fences and make several trips for photos after photos to prove to the insurance people of other damage then they send someone out ther to look at the damage now t
He repairs are approve. My camper will be in the shop some time next week, great. How do you intend to keep costemers with service like this? It's now been 71 days and counting.
