A positive experience

Seems like no one (or very few) post positive GSRA experiences. I've got one to share. My brother in law's sister broke down in her C (she was traveling by herself). She called GSRA. Within the hour, a tow truck was there, it was evening so he towed her to his yard, set her up there for the night. GSRA paid for that tow. Next day, after the tow truck driver looked at the vehicle, he suggested she get it to a dealer in the next larger town as he suspected transmission. GSRA covered getting her to the dealership as well, or at least a portion of it as I understand.

She was very pleased with the help GSRA provided to get her where she needed to be in order to have it fixed properly.

With all the negativity, I figured a positive story would be nice to read. Folks should remember that GSRA doesn't own the tow trucks etc that come out to help you. They are simply a mechanism to get ahold of one, and to help cover the costs associated with it. In this case, they did exactly what they promise.

  • Thanks for posting the positive. We need to hear about the good also.
  • I've had to use GSRA three times during my full time RV'ing. ALL three service calls went off like clockwork. Operator was very helpful and checked back a couple of times to make sure things were going smoothly. I was very happy with their service also.

They just need to stop mailing out fake renewal notices and I would give them an A+ rating. :W
