Used them a week ago, my DS was on his way home and his car quit.. when he first called, operator said she was having trouble getting a tow service so would call back rather than keeping him on hold. She called back and had found a tow, but it would take no more than 100 minutes, for tow to come. Tow truck came from 45 miles away. Time for truck was good, for us as DS had parked in convenience store, and I was about 70 miles away. I was on the way, when he got the 100 minute time, but it gave me time to get there and DS and Friend to put there stuff in my truck before tow got there. Driver was polite, quick and got the car on it's way to shop within just a few minutes. Oh yeah, this was in the rain on late Sunday afternoon. Cost of service was well worth having them hunt down a tow... and get the driver there, plus they paid tow bill. We were on separate trips at the time. DS was over 200 miles from home and I was about 150 at the time he called me. I would have had to have spent a long time trying to locate someone, with no guidance except google on my phone to find a tow.
