I have used them three times in the past 12 years; twice received excellent response and once not so good. Trouble is that the two excellent responses were for my vehicle when it was in the driveway at home--dead and would not start. Both times the driver attempted to start it with the same results I had (I am fairly mechanically inclined), but at my suggestion a tow truck had been sent to handle the problem, not a mechanic. The not so good was away from home and I got the vehicle started myself during the two hour wait for help to become available. Just kept fiddling with different things until I hit on the right one. I think where you are may greatly determine the response you get. Bad response was in a large metropolitan area and I live in a small town.
